I’ve been a trained counsellor now for nearly twenty five years. Because of my back ground in a variety of settings and situations I’m able to offer people support through short-term focused counselling sessions and longer-term psychotherapy. Working with adults, children and couples in person or remotely.

Having been a project manager with a team of counsellors for seven years with the children’s charity Place2Be, I am also able to work with children in the area of play and creative arts. With this option they are able to explore and express themselves through other modes and activities. Adults can also benefit from these methods of therapy.

I’ve worked with people in a variety of settings, including Relate, doctors' surgeries and educational establishments, the Young Citizens Project and Youth Offending Team, an Information and Counselling Centre for Young People aged 14-25, and a Women's Counselling Centre.

I offer student placement support and counselling for those working towards their own qualification, as well as self-development counselling for those working towards becoming a counsellor themselves.
